How It Works: Place a deposit to reserve your share. Your final cost is based on the actual hanging weight from the butcher at $6.50/lb, plus processing fees paid directly to the butcher at pickup. All beef is custom-cut to your specifications, vacuum-sealed, labeled, frozen, and ready for your freezer.
