A half beef share is our most popular option—perfect for families who want a full variety of cuts without needing multiple freezers. You’ll get ground beef, roasts, and steaks—all custom-cut to your specifications.

How It Works:

• Deposit: $400 (non-refundable, applied to final balance)

• Balance Due: Prior to pickup based on actual hanging weight provided by butcher
